Two Kinds of People

There’s two kinds of people in the world,

I heard it on the news.

They’ve each got a station, and you’ve got to choose.

They’re both kind of crazy from the other point of view.

If you don’t choose one, they’ll choose one for you.

-

In the age of information

I can’t help but laugh at the human race.

‘Cause we’ve got satellites in space,

orbiting this place,

mapping every meter of this rock we’re on.

Still we haven’t found a way to get along.

-

'Cause there’s two kinds of people in the world.

It’s true.  I heard it on the news.

-

So get mad!  Get scared!

That’s what you’re supposed to do.

Take up arms and pick a side.

There’s no better way to get along.

‘Cause we’re right! and we know

somebody’s got to be wrong.

-

And there’s just two kinds of people in the world.

It’s true.  I heard it on the news.

‘Cause we’ve got satellites in space,

orbiting this place,
